The last month was pretty stressful, but the projects I was busy with are finished, and even though there's a lot more that will keep me busy this year, I have a bit of spare time.
I've so far kept away from the blogroll mainly because Nick's advice (more or less verbatim, "don't list sites on it because it will FUCK UP their ranking on search engines FOREVER") has scared me off. And I still hesitate to update it, even for people who explicitly want to be listed.
So I'm starting with the easy part: Tonight, I will go through the blogroll and remove dead sites that either no longer exist or haven't been posted to in more than 3 months.
I'll get to updating and adding new sites later, on explicit request.
Please also note that I have no idea and take no responsibility for what this does to your site ranking. If you aren't entirely sure, don't ask for this.

I'd like to be added to the blogroll, please
Hi,
I just started blogging again after quite a few months. I would like to be added to the blogroll. Also, I posted an entry today, but got a lot of code that looked like this everytime I tried to submit...
Warning: Can't open file: 'pbahq_watchdog.MYI' (errno: 145) query: INSERT INTO pbahq_watchdog (uid, type, message, severity, link, location, referer, hostname, timestamp) VALUES (1093, 'php', 'Can't open file: 'pbahq_watchdog.MYI' (errno: 145)\nquery: INSERT INTO pbahq_watchdog (uid, type, message, severity, link, location, referer, hostname, timestamp) VALUES (1093, 'access denied', 'user/login', 1, '', 'http://www.pbahq.org/user/login?destination=node/2220%2523comment_form', 'http://www.pbahq.org/user/login?destination=node/2220%2523comment_form', '74.98.63.235', 1171839870) in /home/projecto/public_html/includes/database.mysql.inc on line 167.', 2, '', 'http://www.pbahq.org/user/login?destination=node/2220%2523co in /home/projecto/public_html/includes/database.mysql.inc on line 167
as a result, I've posted the same post three or four times by accident. Can someone please delete most of the duplicates and leave only one? Thanks.
Log table corrupted
The database server chewed up the error log table for some reason. Fortunately, I was able to scan and automatically repair it, so the error is now gone. I'll delete your duplicate posts in a second.

Blogroll
I have added the PBA blogroll to my site. Can my site (www.write2kill.com) be added now pls. Can't send a pvt msg to Nick Lewis. I get Page Not Found on http://www.pbahq.org/index.php?q=privatemsg/msgto/2.
I hope that can be done ASAP. The PBA blogroll is alreadt live on my site.
I actually just started
I actually just started checking the sites. Basically, I'm visiting each site in turn and grouping into the following categories:
- Active: The site is there, and topical posts were written in the last month. These will stay.
- Gone: The site returns a 404 or similar. These will be removed.
- Dead: The site hasn't been updated in half a year. These will be removed.
- Moved: The site indicates that it has been moved and links to the new site. These will be emailed to ask them if they want to have their new site listed.
- Slow: The site hasn't been posted in since November 2006. These won't be removed; I just want to have something between "active" and "dead".
- Temporarily Gone: The site returns an error, a "Forbidden", a password challenge or anything else that indicates *something* is still there, but it's not available to the public. These people will be emailed.
